Job Description

1、Responsible for the coordination, plan and management of company projects. Predict possible conditions that could happen to the projects and deal with those conditions well in time.

2、Manage and control projects. Properly arrange the executive time for each department. Ensure projects can be completed with high quality within set time;

3、Coordinate and communicate efficiently and professionally with each technical department to deal with any issues out of plan.

4、Communicate efficiently with various departments with regards to project content and details to facilitate the implementation and progress of projects;

5、Responsible for the compiling and archiving of project document, data and material, generating reports.

6、After project completion, summarize project operational rules and precautions and file them as reference for future projects of the same category.

7、Achieve the goal of the post and finish other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor or above degree. Media, film and television, planning and design or related major background. English or art major are also acceptable.

2. Three years or above working experience. One year or above team management experience or project management experience is more preferable. Priority will be given to those who have experience in culture and tourism industry or film and television industry.

3. Have strong ability of text and picture making and programme report. Priority will be given to those who have related experience.

4. Have strong ability of communication, expression, coordination, logic thinking, and active learning. Ability of handling departmental affairs independently.

5. Decent appearance and manner. Active and flexible. Hard-working.
